At Mr. Mrs. Dry Cleanerz we strive to provide high-quality laundry and dry cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Below is our policy on refunds and compensation:
1. We put all efforts to respect the agreed delivery period & timelines. Delays do not however give any right to compensation.
2.Safe keeping charges of Rupees 5 per article/day may be charged to customer failing to collect their article from the Mr. Mrs. Dry Cleanerz store within 45 days of delivery date.
3. The articles must be collected within a period of 60 after their deposit. The company shall make attempt to contact the customer in such cases, however Mr. Mrs. Dry Cleanerz cannot be held liable for loss of article after a 45-day period of garment ready notifications (sent to the customer through SMS and other digital platforms).
4. If the mandate of cleaning cannot be carried out, the articles are returned in the state as received. The number and the kind of parts indicated on the receipt are determining for the verification of the entrusted articles.
5. In accordance with our company’s compensation policy, any article damaged due to gross negligence attributable to our operations shall be subject to a compensation limit of up to six (6) times the value of the service provided (i.e., the Mr. Mrs. Dry Cleanerz The Laundry Spa billing amount for the specific article). Compensation shall. Compensation shall be issued exclusively in the form of a voucher equivalent to the determined cash value or through a direct cheque payment to your bank account. Please be advised that we do not extend cash compensation under any circumstances.
6. In the unforeseen event of loss or misplacement of any article for which we take the responsibility, Mr. Mrs. Dry Cleanerz shall conduct careful examination of that particular case. Mr. Mrs. Dry Cleanerz liability with respect to any loss of article shall not exceed ten (10) times of charges for cleaning of that article as billed. Any allowance in kind is excluded.
7. Mr. Mrs. Dry Cleanerz is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable articles left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewellry, or other personal belongings.
8. In the event of color fade or damage to garments, the shop may refund three times the amount charged of dry cleaning process for that specific item or, as per the guidelines of the Laundry Association of the repay 10% of the original invoice amounnt of the product.
